How to Become a Volunteer?

Demonstrated interest and commitment to the mission and objectives of CAFS, particularly in the areas of food security, sustainable agriculture, and community development.

Possession of skills, knowledge, or experience that align with the volunteer roles available at CAFS. This includes areas such as agriculture, environmental science, community development, research, communication, project management, or other related fields.

Willingness to dedicate a certain amount of time and availability to volunteer work, which may involve attending meetings, participating in activities or projects, and contributing to ongoing initiatives.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with other volunteers and staff members of CAFS. This includes good communication skills, flexibility, and a positive attitude towards working with diverse groups of people.

Demonstrated reliability and commitment to fulfilling volunteer responsibilities, meeting deadlines, and honoring commitments made to the organization and its beneficiaries.

Upholding ethical standards, integrity, and professionalism in all interactions and activities related to CAFS. This includes maintaining confidentiality, respecting the organization’s policies and guidelines, and adhering to ethical codes of conduct.
